"My January bill was estimated so I could not do a fair comparison. I just got my Feb bill and I did a little analysis of the 3 months mid Nov thru Mid Feb. That was the 4th coldest 3 month period since 1994, yet I had my 3rd lowest Kwh useage in that 15 year period and I was relatively warm in my house this winter. I figured that I saved about 15% in usage over this winter compared to average even though it was colder. Some savings due to the thermostat, some due to the humidifier and some due to the new heat pump / air handler. Just wanted to let you know."

Thank you, Dan and Jason, for taking the time to listen to what we needed for our new Trane system installation to be so successful. I think most qualified technicians can install a system, but the difference with Allied-Phillips was the willingness to listen to our needs and make it a successful installation for us. It was very important to do all we could to improve the cooling on the second floor. We heard many ideas during the bidding process, but your willingness to come back and work with Dan and I after the system was open was the key. Adding a 50 cent piece of tin to deflect more air up the second floor duct and leaving the system fan on continuously, so far, has been successful in equalizing the temperatures between the floors.

Dan and Jason were willing to work with me from the beginning to make sure the outside pad was set in a way that it would not settle over time out of level and to fix a very annoying squeak the PVC vents would make when they expanded and contracted during the heating cycles. These two things may not seem like major items, but they were important to us.
